We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept cancellations on custom items.

Also, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items) and sale items cannot be returned.

All orders ship within 2 weeks from purchase date. Shipping takes 2-9 business days.

Tahoe Basin NV and CA local pickup is also available.
